Accessing report server

hi!!
i have a pb when i submit the reprtserver URL http://myserver/reportserver
msg from the browser : The permissions granted to user 'SRVBMAPACCE1\IUSR_SRVBMAPACCE1' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)
what should i do ?Explicitly add the user in report manager and give them Browser role.
