I have two remote Win2000 servers running SQL2000. There are no items under
SQL Server Logs in Ent. Mgr. How do I conjfigure the server to log database
activity?
Thanks,
John Steen
remove (nospam) from e-mail address to send me a messageNever heard we must activate something for the log. What do you see in
\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\LOG folder? There should be files
named ERRORLOG.

they were set up. The IP addresses were also changed when they were moved t

Could that have something to do with why the logs stopped recording?
Thanks,
John
