Action in AS 2005

Hello,
Which is the utility of the mitre "Action" in Analysis Services 2005 ?

You may place an action on dimension members and levels(and other things)...
( You may do this in SQL 2000 as well.)
The action occurs when a user selects, or right clicks on the member or
level ( depending on the support from the front end client which is being
using.)
SQL 2k actions include the following
Select the type of action. The following table summarizes the available
types.
Type Description
Command Line Executes a command at the command prompt in Microsoft
Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 2000
Statement Executes an OLE DB command
HTML Executes an HTML script in an Internet browser
URL Displays a variable page in an Internet browser
Data set Retrieves a dataset
Rowset Retrieves a rowset
Proprietary Performs an operation using an interface different from
those listed earlier in this table
